There are not many projects we can take on for you. We specialize in remodeling the interior of homes and exterior upgrades. If you have a project in mind, please contact us. If we are unable to help you, we have many connections in the industry to refer to meet your needs.
How much does it cost to get an estimate?
We offer free estimates for all of our services.
What is it like working with you?
We are a small, family-owned business. So, we understand the importance of communication and trust. The process starts with a free estimate. While collecting information for the estimate, we will discuss your project in detail. Once the project starts we will keep you informed every step of the way. When all work is completed, we will do a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction. At which time the final payment will be due.
Do you expect a deposit before work will begin?
In most cases, there is no need for a deposit. However, for those projects that are very large, we will likely have a conversation discussing funds for cost of materials.
Do you offer financing plans?
At this time we do not offer financing plans. However, we will work with you to approach the project in phases that meet your financial needs.
Do I need a permit for this work?
During the estimation process we will discuss the necessary permits. In the majority of cases, we will do all the work to obtain the necessary permits. However, there are select cases where the homeowner will need to obtain the permit. If this is the case for your project, we will discuss this with you during the estimation process.
Do you have references available?
Yes, we have a list of references available upon request.
Can I buy the materials for my project?
In most cases, yes. There are some materials that we have access to that you may not be able to purchase. We will discuss this with you during the estimate process.
